According to Merriam Webster Dictionary, one of the definition of the word “initiative” is an introductory step. In the spirit of social entrepreneurship, the Future Job Initiative is an introductory step toward address the rising gap between rich and poor from ground up. The initiative is designed to give employees/workers the ultimate weapon against job outsourcing and globalization: Financial Empowerment. Below is an executive summary overview of what's involved.

  • The Future Job Initiative: The Future Job Initiative is a financial empowerment and wealth building initiative designed to identify, teach, field test and ultimately integrate entrepreneurship and wealth focused principles, processes and compensation models into the mainstream workplace to the point where we eliminate paycheck to paycheck dependence on a large scale and shift employee thinking and focus away from just "earning a paycheck" to running their own business under the roof of employers with the support of employers;


  • Economic Impact: A higher standard of living will evolve for the average worker as the old industrial age wage and salary compensation infrastructure is replaced with compensation resources more reflective of the productivity and wealth producing benefits associated with the evolving global information age;


  • Origination Premise: The Future Job Initiative was established under the following premise: in order to align worker prosperity with the evolving global information age and experience a higher aggregate standard of living, traditional workplace compensation need to evolve away from traditional hourly wages and salaries to it's information age counterpart;


  • Compensation Modeling: The "information age" counterpart is called the Empowered Employee Compensation Model. The model replaces wages and salaries with eleven (11) new income resources and benefits;


  • Empowerment Modeling: The foundation to the Future Job Initiative and the evolution of the Empowered Employee Compensation Model is the notion of grass roots financial empowerment ...from ground-up;


  • Empowerment Funding : FJI grass roots, financial empowerment activities will simultaneously produce the necessary funding resources;


  • Integration Modeling: Via FJI operational and research activities, we will strategically deploy the empowerment modeling and empowerment funding to aggressively and systematically integrate the Empowered Employee Compensation Model into the mainstream workplace;


  • Economic Benefits: As we integrate the Empowered Employee Compensation Model into the mainstream workplace, employees, employers and the nation at large benefits;


  • Support FJI Research: Help fund and/or contribute professionally to FJI research, growth and expansion.


  • Visit our Sponsors: Visit the corporate and organizational leaders who are sponsoring FJI growth and expansion activities;


  • Shop the Mall: Visit the single affiliate mall. A significant percentage of revenue from sales help fund FJI research;


  • Visit the Operational Portals: Visit the operational portals and learn more about FJI operations and how you can contribute professionally and grow and expand your professional and/or business income.
